Instructions for use:

You can search for a document by using the name of the person you are searching for. Enter the last name, a comma, and the first name, or any part of the last name. You will be shown a list of names if the name is incomplete.
Click on the document number to get the details for that person.

If you know the document number itself. Select the document number link and then enter the document number. The detail for the document will be shown. You can print the document details by selecting the "Print Page" button on that screen.

Enter Criteria:   Sample Certified Copy

Example Names:
"Smith, John" or
"San Juan, George" - Must be entered as "SanJuan, George"
